Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced to the fullest extent under law.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and BuildHouse regarding the use of the Service, superseding any prior agreements between you and BuildHouse relating to your use of the Service.
